These Terms govern your use of the Idrak website and related communications. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms, which are entered into under the laws of the State of Qatar.

Parties and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you (the "User") and Idrak Consultancy for Technology and Knowledge, Commercial Registration No. 60347, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Qatar with offices at The Gate, Tower 2, Floor 7, Doha ("Idrak", "we", "us" or "our").
The Terms govern your access to and use of the website at www.idrak.qa (the "Site") and any related communications, content and materials made available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Nature of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes about Idrak's practices in software, AI solutions and professional services. Content on the Site does not constitute an offer, quotation, professional advice, or a binding commitment by Idrak. Engagements with Idrak are governed exclusively by separately signed contracts, statements of work and applicable procurement documentation.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal and legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to:
- 01use the Site in any manner that violates the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. (14) of 2014 on Combating Cybercrimes, or any other applicable law or regulation;
- 02attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, networks, servers or accounts;
- 03upload, transmit or introduce any virus, malware, or code intended to disrupt, damage or impair the operation of the Site;
- 04scrape, harvest, copy or reproduce content from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent;
- 05use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, illustrations, code, structure and design, is owned by or licensed to Idrak and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the State of Qatar and applicable international treaties. The "Idrak" name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of Idrak.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Idrak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for the purposes described in section 3. No other right or licence is granted, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Any use of Idrak's content or marks beyond the scope of this licence requires our prior written consent.
User submissions
Where you submit information to Idrak through the Site, whether via a contact form, subscription form or email, you represent that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that its provision to Idrak does not infringe the rights of any third party. Personal data contained in your submission is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products or services, including the PeekedAI platform. Such links are provided for convenience only. Idrak does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, Idrak makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security or fitness for purpose of the Site or its content. Reliance on any content on the Site is at the User's sole risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, in no event shall Idrak, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, even if Idrak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of the State of Qatar, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idrak and its personnel from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Suspension and termination
Idrak reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13) shall so survive.
Changes to the Site and to these Terms
Idrak may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability. We may also amend these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
The competent courts of the State of Qatar sitting in Doha shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Idrak's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Idrak in relation to the Site.
